Which plan is right for me?
Under 30 children and happy to get support by email - Starter is all you need. Over 30 children, or you want priority WhatsApp support and a hands-on onboarding walkthrough - go with Growth. You can switch between them at any time.

Pricing FAQ
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every account starts with a 30-day free trial. No credit card required to sign up, and no obligation at the end of the trial.
Are the prices VAT inclusive?
Yes. R199 and R349 per month are both VAT inclusive. What you see is what you pay.
Do you charge per parent or per child?
No. It's a flat monthly fee for your whole centre. Add as many parents and (on Growth) as many children as you like without extra per-seat charges.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Growth at any time from your account. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing month so you don't lose any days you've already paid for.
What happens if I go over 30 children on Starter?
We'll prompt you to upgrade to Growth before you add child number 31. You won't be locked out of the app mid-month - the upgrade is a one-click confirmation in your account.
What payment methods can I use to pay for ClassNest?
Your subscription is billed monthly through PayFast, which accepts South African debit and credit cards as well as EFT. Your parents can also pay their invoices through the same channel - they click the link in the invoice, choose card or EFT, and you see the payment reconciled automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-in contract. Cancel from your account and your subscription runs until the end of the month you've already paid for, then stops. Your data stays accessible while the account is active and is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
Is my data secure?
Yes. ClassNest is POPIA-aligned, encrypted in transit and at rest, and hosted on managed South African-compatible infrastructure. See the Security & Privacy page for specifics on where data lives, who has access, and the subprocessors we use.
